What is the Viega Rewards Program?

The Viega Rewards program gives contractors the opportunity to earn points for qualified Viega purchases. Participants may redeem points for a variety of items including press tools, Viega products, Viega swag and more.

How does the Viega Rewards program work?

Qualified participants will be awarded points according to annual Viega product spending tiers: Bronze up to $10K USD; Silver $10K to $20K USD; Gold $20K USD and above. Participants will retain their status for the remainder of the current year and the following calendar year after qualifying, but must re-qualify for that tier each calendar year in order to maintain their Viega Rewards status for the following year.

What are the Viega Rewards program operating dates?

Viega Rewards is an active program that began February, 2020. Viega LLC reserves the right to terminate this program at any time. Award points may be redeemed 90 days after the termination of the program, unless otherwise specified.

Who is eligible for the Viega Rewards rewards program?

Viega Rewards is intended for small to medium-sized contractors. Wholesalers and distributors are not eligible for the program. Contractors who are currently in a direct rebate program with Viega LLC may not be eligible for Viega Rewards. Eligibility for the program is based on the rewards program designed and approved by Viega LLC. Viega LLC has the right to modify this program at any time at its sole discretion.

Why do you request my personal information when I enroll in Viega Rewards?

By answering specific enrollment questions, we can better understand your needs and your usage of Viega products. Your personal information will be used in relation to awarding you points in the program and fulfilling your redemptions. Viega does not share your information with outside parties. It is your responsibility to maintain the accuracy of your contact information through the "Profile" page of this website.

How do I earn Viega Rewards points?

Make qualified purchases of Viega products and upload qualifying invoices on the claims page of the rewards website or the mobile app. Invoices are reviewed and points are paid out weekly.

Invoice Submission

Valid invoices must be uploaded and claimed within 90 days of purchase. Additionally, at the time of enrollment, new Viega Rewards members may also submit invoices for the 90 days prior to their enrollment date. 

How do I submit my claim?

Navigate to the Viega Rewards website or app and upload qualifying invoices on the “Claim Products” page. Click here to upload your invoices.

How do I redeem my Viega Rewards points?

After earning points, just login to your personal account with the email address you used when enrolling and the password you selected. After you’ve logged in, click the “Shopping” tab in the top menu to browse or search the online catalog or click “My Account” to view available points, awarded points, points spent and item details on your redeemed points.
When you have located the item you wish to redeem points for, you may checkout right away or add more items to your online award shopping cart. Finally, update or confirm the shipping address and your rewards will soon be on their way!

Do I have to calculate shipping and tax?

The shipping and tax for each item is included in the points and is based upon your personal delivery location information you provide. You will be able to add items to your Wish List and know exactly what it will take to achieve your goal!

How long will it take for my rewards to arrive after redeeming points?

Order delivery time varies; most products are delivered within 7-10 business days. While some items may arrive in as little as 3-5 business days, this is not typical and will depend upon the vendor of the product and their shipping methods. Customized items with logos may take longer – up to six weeks – to ship, because they are made to order.
Important! Do NOT use P.O. boxes for product delivery. Many carriers will not deliver to a P.O. box and will likely result in product return and delay of your shipment.

What if I need to return a defective product?

All Viega product redemptions included in the reward program are covered under Viega’s established warranty terms. Visit viega.us for more information. All redemptions included in the rewards program are not eligible for return.

How do I track the shipping status of my rewards after redeeming points?

Can I have my rewards shipped to an address that is not in my profile?

Yes, just update the shipping address when completing your order to have awards delivered to a new address. Do NOT choose a P.O. box address for delivery.

Who do I contact if there is a problem with my reward merchandise?

I never received my reward product – what should I do?

Can I cancel an order after it has been placed?

No, all redemptions are final. Please contact Award Headquarters via the Contact Us form on this website for information on returning a defective item.
